Don’t look any further!

This is a spot on impression of the very expensive OG! The lasting and projection power of this fragrance totally outshines the Original. Save your money and get this beauty for just a fraction of the cost! Also their discovery sets are affordable and generous. So if you are in doubt give the a samples a try!

Pretty Scent, But Not a True Creed Ellaria Dupe

I purchased a full-size bottle of Yam’s Illaria instead of a smaller sample because the larger bottle offered better value. The fragrance itself is pretty, but to my nose it’s not a close match to Creed’s Ellaria. The Yam version smells more green and fresh, while Creed’s has a softer, sweeter floral quality that I personally prefer.

In addition, I ordered three customized sample sets (15 total fragrances) based on the scent descriptions. Out of the 15, I truly enjoyed about four of them. This tells me that while Yam offers a wide variety, it can be hit or miss depending on your scent preferences — so I would recommend sampling first before committing to a large bottle.

Bottom line: Illaria is a pleasant, green-leaning scent, but not what I’d call a true dupe for Creed’s Ellaria. If you’re seeking an exact match, try before you buy the full size.

You’re absolutely right that our version can open brighter and greener. Because we use a high oil concentration, the citrus top notes (which are lighter molecules) project more at first. With time, maceration helps those citrus notes settle and bond with the heavier base notes—like ambroxan, musk, and vanilla—so the scent smooths out and softens.

We release each formula only after review by trained evaluators, but we know preferences vary and skin chemistry plays a big role.
