  • Order Processing Time: Once you place an order, we will take 1-3 business days to process it. This processing time applies to all shipping options, regardless of your selected preference at checkout.
  • Shipping Schedule: We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that we typically do not ship orders on the same day they are placed.
  • Estimated Shipping Timeframe: For example, if you place an order on a Monday, it is likely to be shipped out on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, considering our processing time.
  • Shipping Confirmation: Upon the dispatch of your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking link, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
  • Express Shipping and Additional Fees: Please be aware that express shipping options and any third-party fees are non-refundable.
  • Package Delivery: While most packages are delivered directly to your mailbox or the front door of the provided address, the final decision on the safety of leaving the package in the open rests with the delivery courier. Some packages may require a signature upon delivery.
  • Wrong Address Disclaimer: It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at support@yomlayl.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.
  • Returns : By placing an order at Yom & Layl Perfume Bar, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Yom & Layl Perfume Bar. Please refer to our returns policy for further information on how to return your package.
