Perfume Making Workshop Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

At Yom & Layl Perfume Bar, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for all our workshop participants. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate everyone fairly, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy for our perfume making workshops:

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations Made 14 Days or More Before the Workshop Date

    • Participants who cancel their reservation 14 days or more before the scheduled workshop date will receive a full refund or can choose to reschedule for another available date without any penalty.

  2. Cancellations Made 7-13 Days Before the Workshop Date

    • Participants who cancel their reservation between 7 and 13 days before the scheduled workshop date will receive a 50% refund. Alternatively, they can reschedule for another available date with no additional fees.

  3. Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Before the Workshop Date

    • Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled workshop date will not be eligible for a refund.

  4. No-Shows

    • Participants who do not show up for their scheduled workshop without prior notice will forfeit their payment and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Rescheduling Policy

  1. Rescheduling Requests Made 14 Days or More Before the Workshop Date

    • Participants can reschedule their workshop for another available date without any fees if the request is made 14 days or more before the originally scheduled date.

  2. Rescheduling Requests Made 7-13 Days Before the Workshop Date

    • Participants who wish to reschedule their workshop between 7 and 13 days before the originally scheduled date can do so without any additional fees.

  3. Rescheduling Requests Made Less Than 7 Days Before the Workshop Date

    • Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the originally scheduled date will incur a $25 rescheduling fee.
