Smells good

Nii’Zam smells elegantly and comes off as a scent of confidence, courage and leadership!! A must have for those that know you are beautiful inside and out!! All i can say is Yom & Layl has done it again!!

Another amazing addition to the collection. At this point the inspired bys are great but all i want is originals from Yom & Layl, they’re crushing it.

I wanted to wait on reviewing this beautiful creation until I had at least a couple of weeks testing and wearing it and will now give my impressions on the scent. First, I do sincerely hope Y&L continues to make some additional house creations, this one is an excellent offering and redolent of a craftsman’s absolute love of their craft, in this particular instance, you can feel they appreciate and love what they do, and they do it exceptionally well here. I instantly loved it, straight out of the box, prior to refrigeration and letting it mature a little. After a few weeks, she’s decidedly gotten stronger and smoother. Reading the notes, I thought they may have been doing too much to the point it would muddle things, but I am more than happy to report, that is not what occurs. Instead, what you get is a journey throughout the life of the scent from that citric fresh opening to spices and fruits starting to evolve then, really love that plum!! , then some sweetness with some elegant floral and light wood. I say it’s a chimera because it consumes and evolves as it dries down and yet you retain hints of all that in there and it really is just an all around wonderful and unique scent. I don’t know why, perhaps the way the notes evolve or interact but on occasion it reminds me of honeyed fruits but in the most natural way and it’s intriguing. I am more than pleased with this scent, out of 400 scents, it doesn’t really remind me of anything else, it is doing it’s own thing here. I believe I will reserve this for more special occasions where I want to stand out as unique although it can be enjoyed and worn at anytime. As of today and in respect to what this house is doing regarding quality and the excellent value they offer, I do have 17 full 100ml presentations and 7 discovery sets. I have ordered 12 additional full 100 ml’s and another discovery set since they are on sale this weekend which is probably more relevant to what I think about Y&L than words ever could. As always, exceptional quality and value from them!
