Return policy

• Duration for returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery for eligible items.
• Condition of return: Returned items must be unused, or contain at least 95% of the original liquid, and be in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns that do not meet these conditions.
• Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
• Restocking fee: No restocking fee will be charged for eligible returns.
• Final sale items: Items purchased during sitewide sales, clearance events, at a discounted price, or with promotion codes, discount codes, or any loyalty program codes are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
• Add-ons and personalization: Any add-ons, including but not limited to engraving, custom text, personalization services, gift wrap, or special packaging upgrades, are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit.

Refund process

For eligible returns (items that meet the Return policy and are not final sale), we will issue store credit in the amount of the original purchase price after we receive and inspect the returned item. Store credit will be applied to your account and may be used for future purchases on our website. Store credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for currency. Please allow a reasonable processing period for the credit to appear in your account.

Final sale and exceptions

Certain products are designated final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Final sale items include, but are not limited to:

• Discovery sets
• Sample vials and testers
• Custom blends, custom mixes, and personalized fragrances
• Gift sets
• Any add-ons including engraving, personalization, custom text, or packaging upgrades
• Items purchased during sitewide sales, clearance events, at a discounted price, or with promotion codes, discount codes, or any loyalty program codes

Items returned in a used, opened, damaged, or altered condition may be deemed ineligible for store credit at our sole discretion.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an eligible item, return the original within 14 days of delivery and place a new order for the desired product. Exchanges are not allowed for final sale items.

Non-refundable items

• Sitewide sale items and all discounted purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Samples, testers, and sample vials are final sale.
• Custom mixes, custom blends, and personalized fragrances are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.
• Bundle-deal purchases are only eligible for store credit and cannot be refunded to the original payment method.
• Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.

Reshipment fee policy

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, or any delivery issue caused by the customer, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Damages and replacements

• Report timeframe: Any damages or transit-related issues must be reported to our customer support team within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for replacement.
• How to report: Email support@yomlayl.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos including:The shipping label on the outside of the packaging boxThe inside of the box showing the damaged product and packagingA close up photo of the damaged product
• Eligibility: After we review the documentation, if the damage claim is approved we will send a replacement for the damaged item.
• After 14 days: Damages reported after 14 days from delivery are not eligible for replacement.

Impact of returns and exchanges

We are a small business and handcrafted returns affect our ability to keep making the products you love. We appreciate your understanding and ask that you:

• Try before you buy: Purchase a 10 ml travel bottle or a discovery set to test the fragrance before committing to the regular size.
• Visit us: If feasible, stop by our store to experience fragrances in person and find the best match.
