Explorer's Rush

I love missoni, but once I got explorer's rush It was love at first sniff. It start off fresh, citrusy with aldehydes. But the dry down is where this fragrance shines. The vanilla, pepper and neroli is absolutely gorgeous! 10/10 in my humble opinion.

Decided to do a little comparison on this one, although I typically do not since I tend to just appreciate what the inspiration is doing and judge them based on what they’re bringing, scent to value ratio etc. Classy, clean, versatile, mass appealing and completely successful scent profile since 2012. Chanel Allure Homme Sport has always been one of my most versatile and easy reach fragrances that will always be in my rotation out of the in excess of 400 colognes that I currently have. I am very enamored of the scent profile and I am always on the lookout for a better performing alternative or one that maybe enhances the profile in a more appealing way. These scents are all inspired by the original and in this particular case, I almost prefer the Y&L profile best, they’re not exactly the same but I’m definitely appreciative of what Y&L did with the profile and would say they’re in the 90-95% area, (almost impossible to tell the difference on test strip) my skin is where I can tell because the Y&L is almost cleaner if that makes sense. I love both, well all the ones pictured, but as far as value is concerned, if I could only have one, it would be a serious push between the original and the Y&L, that’s how much I appreciate what they have going on here. I have not assessed longevity on the Y&L yet, it needs to sit for a couple months and mature to reach the heavenly potential my Mind Games French Defense Inspired Basic Instinct has hit, that has definitely become one of my most addictive reaches, just refrigerate then let them sit a few months and you’ll be greatly rewarded for that patience! All of the ones I bought hitting that 2-3 month or beyond mark are markedly improved across the board!! I have no doubts whatsoever that this will occur here as well. As of right now, I keep reaching for this over my OG, exactly because they seem to have somehow made it more refined or cleaner, will have to spend more side by side time with them. As far as cost is concerned, Y&L wins that hands down considering price point to value. I do enjoy what each one pictured does, that Missoni is a hybrid but damn it’s good too. Out of them all I am pretty surprised in the blind comparison on my skin, Y&L keeps getting my vote to be worn that day!🔥 Anytime wear, can definitely handle any situation and easily one of my favorites from this 🔥 house Y&L!

Very fresh and clean!

Loved it from the beginning to the mid,dry down and reapplied 5 hours later!!!Totally pleased,thank you.I only wished the names of each cologne were shown prominently on their respective bottles!!The juice was on point!!!

Smells fresh! I'm looking forward to wearing this in the summer. It's almost criminal for the price that I picked this up at with such great quality.
