Dark Prestige

When I’m in the mood for this, I’m elegantly dressed up, cape and skull topped cane, and the only lighting allowed will be candles or moonlight plus I’ve grown fangs 😆 At least that’s how it makes me feel, dark, gothic, seductive, elegantly refined and maybe semi evil? This is soft dewy rose balanced superbly with that dark and earthy patchouli/truffle and sweetened up with that touch of vanilla without being overly sweet. I don’t really classify it as leaning masculine or feminine but more in the vein of elegant, seductive, superbly interesting and not for everyone. I think you’ll either really appreciate this or it just won’t be your thing. For me, it’s an amazing scent that Y&L tunes up with their magic touch and that I prefer over the OG. I both love and hate how good they are at this, love because they literally nail it every time and at an extremely good price point and hate because they are so good at this I keep spending much more than I ever thought I would. Case in point is that wall which I now have dedicated another row to Y&L. 55 full presentations and numerous discovery sets later, well, here we are. 3 are in the fridge for 5 days, 4 are enroute, 48 are on that wall. The 6 to 8 week mark of maturing these 🔥 ass scents is when the magic really happens. They are useable out the gate but that 6-8 weeks later is the point they go from good to Holy Hell, that’s amazing in my experience with them. And yes, it’s absolutely worth waiting for, I’m not collecting them to collect them. I purchased them because of how well crafted they are. This one deserves more attention than it gets and Y&L deserves every good thing being said about them with no reservations on my part. 😁
